This house was an absolute gem for our spring break getaway! We had three families staying together, and the space was perfect for our group. The Overland Park location couldn't have been more convenient.
Our host truly stood out. When the AC went down during our stay, he jumped into action immediately and went above and beyond to get it resolved as quickly as possible — even treating our whole crew to ice cream in the meantime. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare and made such a difference.
The house was spotless upon arrival, and he was flexible enough to let us check in early without any hassle. Communication throughout was fast and friendly — exactly what you want when traveling with a big group.
Highly recommend this listing and this host. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had an amazing time! Everything we wanted and needed for a relaxing week away. Amenities for all ages! The swings by the creek were so peaceful, the home was beautifully staged and impeccably clean, and the cabin was a fun night out! Just so much to do! Jake was extremely responsive and helpful with suggestions on where to try BBQ! Definitely a must do!

It was an awesome Birthday location for my wife’s Birthday. Plenty of room for our 4 adults children, and 17 year old grandson. My wife loved the house. We have some great pictures from the stay. Jake was awesome. Always responding quickly to questions. Always provided great suggestions. Thanks for everything.

This house was awesome! It was perfect for a mini spring break getaway with all the fun indoor activities during the cold weather to keep the kids occupied and for the adults to relax and enjoy too. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it. The kids especially loved the candy in the movie room!
It had everything (and more) that we needed for our quick stay to be great… not to mention how beautiful the finishes and decor were!

Kansas City has a new landmark in our family, and it’s this home! Incredible place with so many things to entertain and do within the property. Every kid at every age had something to captivate their attention. Absolutely stay at this spot!!!

I stay at a lot of air bnb’s bc I tour as a comedian, and this is one of the best I’ve stayed in. Besides being clean and comfortable, the host thought of every amenity possible. Every room had a couple of Fiji waters, plenty of toiletries, coffee AND creamer, to go coffee cups, games, instructions for everything. Just very thoughtful. I hosted a ton of teenage girls for my kids birthday and they had a blast.

I cannot say enough good things about this property! I have stayed in Airbnb’s all over the country and this was one of the very best! The hosts clearly put a ton of time, energy and money into making this place a truly unique and special experience. I would give it 10 stars if i could. Beyond impressive and would absolutely stay again.

Jake was a great host. Place was very comfortable for our family trip. It wasn’t as big as I thought it would be from the pictures but plenty big. Jake provides a lot of little extras that enhance the experience

I can’t say enough good things about Jake and this property! This is a host who appreciates the finer things in life and knows how to make his guests feel welcomed and cared for. The house was completely stocked with everything you would need and not just stocked with the basic model of what you needed. Jake has obviously invested quite a bit of time and money to make his guests feel pampered. Bathrobes were offered, the towels were fluffy, there was a Keurig in the master, the mattresses and bedding were definitely next level. It felt like I was sleeping in a cloud. The game room in the basement was a blast and well cared for! Everything worked without issue, there were plenty of darts and ping pong balls/paddles. The pictures don’t do this room justice. And on top of all of these wonderful offerings, the setting is perfection. The property is big enough (6 acres) that you feel like you can cut loose and get a little silly without waking up neighbors. I highly recommend this home!!

Had a great experience with this booking! Jake was incredible! We had a family get together and it was the perfect rental for both adults as well as for my little nieces. He went above and beyond to accommodate us through the booking process and changes that we had to make. Would highly recommend!
